All our products are made-to-order and printed specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as size, color, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Steps to process a claim:
1. Contact us at customersupport@doggang.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. Attach a photo clearly showing the defect or damage.
3. Our team will review your claim and offer a solution.
📌 We will either send a replacement at no extra cost OR provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking link first. If your order appears lost in transit:

We will verify the status with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms it is lost, we will offer a free replacement.
⚠️ Important: Orders marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier cannot be replaced unless there is documented proof of non-receipt.
