Refund Policy – USA
Eligibility for Refunds
All Dog Gang™ products are made-to-order and printed individually for each customer. As a result, refunds are only possible in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item is delivered
- The package is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)
How to Request a Refund
Please contact our customer support at customersupport@doggang.shop within 30 days of delivery and include the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (if applicable)
After reviewing your case, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be granted in the following situations:
- The wrong size was ordered
- You changed your mind after ordering
- You are unhappy with the color or design (unless there is a production error)
